  • Is just a goal or set of goals rather then purpose of one’s existence.

Who should have a vision?
I think everyone should have a vision, vision for their life. Vision which makes them happy, makes them go extra mile, make some sacrifices for great good of there vision. Vision which not just motivates them but also people around them.

There has been misconception around having vision where people believe its a very corporate thing rather then personal. Some also believe one task which leadership should fulfill and not individuals. Part of it turn and part not, part which says its a leadership task is true but incase of individual, one has lead his own life (else someone else would) to live his life in his or her own manner.

Where all in life one can have a vision?
One can have vision about:

  • Personal life
  • Relationships
  • Professional Life
  • Well-being

A special thought: Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe. – Gail Devers
